5K Charity Race

Bar Bingo
Looking for a good time and a chance to make some money? Catherine and I played Bar Bingo at the VFW in Ocean View last night and what a hoot! It costs you $20 to play and the pots ranged from $54 up to $604. The pot depends on the number of people and I understand that as the season gets in high gear, it can go as high as $1,500. Wednesdays at 6:00. Come early to grab a table and dinner!

It is important that you leave the heat on in your home at a temperature no lower than 60. It is not spring yet and these damp cold days will make your house feel even colder. Right now buyers are here and if your house is too cold, they will walk through your home so quickly and leave before they have a chance to appreciate all the features you want us to accentuate. Do you want to lose a buyer over a heating bill? I was iin a listing on Monday where the heat was set below 50. We wanted to exit as soon as we entered. The key to selling your home is to make the atmosphere warm and inviting. A heating bill is a small price to pay to keep a buyer in your home long enough to make an informed decision.
