There is nothing comparable to Sea Colony!  On the east side, a half mile of oceanfront is host to 9 condo buildings, plenty of outdoor pools, an indoor pool/fitness area, outdoor tennis & basketball courts, a playground, and a very wide & well-kept private beach (you must have either an owner’s ID or guest badge to enter). 

 Across the highway (just 2 lanes on each side) begins Sea Colony West.  You can see the evolution of the 2nd home market and prosperity of buyers through the years.  Smaller villas become 2 story townhomes w/garage.  Wrap-around screened porches are later incorporated into building designs.    The West has a nationally recognized Tennis Center with programs for all ages and sponsored USTA competitions.  Years ago, people who didn’t buy would say, “tennis is going out of style, the west side will never work.”  Some prospective buyers had accountants who told them not to buy and they missed many years of unprecedented appreciation, but more important: they missed years of resort enjoyment with families and friends. 

The West is host to a number of outdoor pools, a Fitness Center with an indoor lap pool, exercise area, indoor basketball courts, & full time staff.  There are also numerous lakes, ponds, walking & biking trails, and playgrounds.  Every age is accounted for and rarely would anyone suffer from boredom !
